Terms of use
These terms govern use of the public showcase—not a paid design or automation engagement.
Updated 4 August 20261. Scope
These terms apply to use of preview.marcpueschl.com and its concept pages. They do not form the terms of a client project, create a retainer, or replace an individually agreed proposal, scope of work, or services agreement.
2. No automatic contract
Website content and email invitations are informational. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a contract or obligation to accept work. Any paid engagement requires separate agreement on scope, deliverables, timing, fees, rights, dependencies, and acceptance.
3. Concept and sample status
All named showcase brands and website examples are independent fictional concepts. They do not represent real client relationships, endorsements, completed commissions, or claims about commercial results.
4. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website’s original text, visual direction, interface design, motion, code presentation, and concept materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Viewing and normal browser use are permitted. Reproduction, republication, resale, extraction, or adaptation for commercial use requires prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits the use.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that materially burdens it, or misrepresent concept work as your own or as a real client engagement.
6. Availability and information
The website may be changed, suspended, or removed. Reasonable care is taken with content, but showcase information is general and may not be complete or suitable for a particular business decision. Final services, specifications, and commitments exist only in a separate written agreement.
7. External destinations
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Marc Pueschl does not control third-party content, security, availability, or privacy practices and does not adopt that content merely by linking to it.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is legally prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
German law applies to the extent a choice of law is valid. Mandatory protections of the country in which a consumer habitually resides remain unaffected. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
10. Changes
These website terms may be updated to reflect changes in the showcase or applicable requirements. The version date appears at the top of the page.
