2. Current website configuration

This version of the website does not use account registration, a contact form, advertising pixels, audience analytics, or non-essential tracking cookies. Images and scroll-controlled videos used by the showcase are served as local website assets. Media does not autoplay with sound.

If analytics, embedded third-party media, consent-requiring storage, or a contact form is added later, this notice and any consent interface must be updated before that feature is activated.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Workers by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When the website is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technically necessary connection data such as IP address, request time, requested resource, referrer, user agent, and response status. This processing is used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation. Cloudflare acts as a processor where applicable. Worker logs are retained for no longer than seven days under the current configuration.

Cloudflare operates a global network. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, safeguards may include the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

4. Email contact

Clicking an email link opens your own email application; it does not submit data through this website. If you send an email, the message, sender details, technical metadata, and any information you include are processed to answer your inquiry.

Depending on the inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication. Legal retention duties may require certain correspondence to be stored after the inquiry is resolved.

5. Recipients and retention

Personal data is shared only where necessary with hosting, email, security, or other technical service providers acting under an appropriate legal basis or processing agreement, or where disclosure is legally required.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and then deleted or restricted, subject to applicable statutory retention obligations and the final hosting configuration.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions and limitations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future.
